Nice Surprise
25 years ago, I had another very nice '49 that I drove daily for about 10 years. I sold it to my best friend but kept the front license plate as a keepsake as he would register and get his own plates.
Now that my current '49 is close to being on the road, I wondered if resurrecting the old plate was possible, Turns out, I was able to do so. Pretty happy about that
