Turbo Install Trick

Remember reading a while back on a trick to installing the turbo on these trucks pertaining to the passenger side pedestal bolt. I can't remember where I found it or what it was so any help in that region would be great, and pictures are worth millions to me.

Are you talking about holding the 4 pedestal bolts up while placing the turbo/pedestal assembly on the motor? I think the best way I've heard is to put all 4 bolts in the pedestal and then put a rubber band around all of them to hold them up. Then when you put the turbo in place, just cut the rubber band. I don't have any pictures of this, but I've seen one floating around at some point...

Not sure if you can call it a trick, but install is the same as removal. You do need to rock the turbo forward and wiggle the rear passenger side bolt in first, but other than that dropping the 3 in is pretty easy. Get them all started a few threads before tightening anything down.
