Differences between 1997 and 1999

Differences between 1997 and 1999
I am currently rebuilding a 1999 F150 4x4, 5.4L and I am looking for a parts truck. Does anyone know of any major changes to these 2 different year models? For example -
Same ABS system components?
Same reservoirs in the engine bay? (coolant, power steering, etc)
Same emissions stuff?
And so on...

Off hand the motor in the '99 is a PI head truck and has more power than a non PI ('97 and '98 models). A few other difference in the motors with a few sensor differences and locations. Real early '97's (made in late '96-mid '97) had a different front end mount for the headlights and grill (the header).
I am sure there are other changes, but these are the only ones I know for sure about.

Electrics are different. Doors use different windows/regulators. 97/98 have coils and spark plug wires...99 has COPs.....97/98 has drum brakes on the back, 99 up has 4 wheel disc. And 97/98 doesnt have PATS.
