I spent months upon months after I bought my truck researching headlight upgrades. I live in a rural area and have Bambi all over the place. The last thing I wanted to do was diminish any lighting power.
What I found in the end was, if you need all the light you can get, don't cheap out. Aftermarket headlights look nice, but depending on the set-up (and there are many), some make the lighting much much worse. Don't get me started on the PnP HID systems.
To make a good difference, you need to get a set of HID retrofit headlights. It'll cost over $1000 for a full and proper system.
However, if you live in the city, and lighting isn't an issue for you then these are great. I like the look of them personally, I could just never use them myself.

The aftermarket headlight only cost my 20 dollars at a flea market so I just wanted to try them out and see how'd they looked on my truck , but Ima go back to my original lights cuz it does match more with the silver in the bottom of my truck and the other chrome I added on
