If you have a 6 volt you need the 6 volt with three posts. If you have a 12 volt you'll need the 12 volt with four posts. I just rewired my 1956. I got my relay from MidFifty but anyone will carry it. It's very basic. I believe Advance Auto or Napa should have them. Look here: Search Results - Mid Fifty F-100 Parts
