2011 E350 van wiper issue
I'm helping a band that travels to different states every night. They're currently traveling through many states that have heavy rain, so this is urgent. Their wiper motor only runs with the engine not running. What could cause that? I've read that some E350's have wiper control modules, but I don't know Ford vehicles enough to know if it has one. They say there's no blown fuses anywhere. Could it be a relay? Trying to get them back on the road to their next show tonight. Thanks!!

Thank you Crystal! I told them to look for a wiper relay. They found it and picked up a new one from a parts store. Everything was normal after replacing the relay. Told them to pick up some Rain-X if it happened again, lol.
