Full traction makes a coilover 4 link conversion for the leaf spring superduty’s. I bit the billet and installed one in 2015. My 00 ccsb with 37’s rides and handles like a plush suv. The kit also uses a torsion front sway bar. It’s expensive but it’s still cheaper than a new SD and it rides and handles better too
