Correct Fuel Filter for 292

I'm about to pull the canister off the fuel pump to check the filter, but before I do, I'd like to have a replacement on hand--sometimes parts like these can be slow to come by and I don't want my truck out of service for too long.

Searching on most auto parts sites, I mostly get universal filters, but I would like to replace the one in the pump, if possible. This part keeps coming up, but I'm not sure it's right. Is this the correct element?

What pump are you using? Glass bowl OEM type, or the later metal canister type.. I ran into this and gave up.

Got the replacement filter for my canister type at the local parts store (1963 292).

This fuel filter fits inside the metal canister that threads onto the pump:

C4AZ-9365-B .. Corrogated Paper Cartridge Fuel Filter (Motorcraft FG-1A) / Available from Ford & auto parts stores.

Applications: 1964/76 F100/350 I-6 & V8 / Myriad 1964/72 I-6 & V8 Passenger Cars.

This fuel filter fits inside the glass bowl (or replacement metal bowl) that attaches to the pump with a bale (see pic at right below):
