So I decided to remove the injectors again and install another new set of O-rings and then test with the fuel instead of air. Same results. All four injectors leaked. 6 and 8 were the worst but all four showed fuel leaking. All the tips looked good and the copper washers looked good when I changed them. No carbon in the area of the injector cup. After seeing your video with the 3 and 5 leaking and leaking again with new O-rings and then stop leaking when Ford injectors were installed, makes me feel as that is the answer. I just don't want to drop that kind of money into and find out its something else. I can't think of anything else it could be though.
BTW the project truck sounds like it would be a blast
I forgot what you said the Injectors were after market or OEM ( ford) If aftermarket then you might need to contact them for re Imbursement . Thanks Anthony for the Vids Pics and wisdom are worth a Million words .
Well guys, here's the Update. After replacing the o-rings twice very carefully I still had fuel leaking at all injectors. I replaced all four injectors with new remans from ford and all leaks stopped. Good call Anthony. Thank You. I call Pensacola and asked them about it and they said that they've never had a problem like that. Oh well, now FICM repair and I should be OK for now.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out.
You got injectors from Pensacola?? I wish I'd have seen that earlier and I'd have saved you a LOT of misery. They have a terrible reputation among the diesel circles I used to run in.
WOW bud Only 3 years , my late built 04 still has the OEM original Injectors going on 200 thou .I would definitely contact those guys for some sort of reimbursement.
