Failed stereo installation

Failed stereo installation
Was installing a pioneer deck in my '95 150 tonight. Wired the harness but forgot to plug the harness in to the new unit when I tested it out. There was a spark. When I plugged it in there was no power to the stereo. Plugged my factory unit back in and now that has no power.
What the heck did I do? Thanks guys.

Check the fuse in the distribution box under the hood.

Probably just blew the fuse.

Double check you wired the adapter properly before you plug things back together. I hot plug stereos all the time and never had any sparks or blown fuses.

fuse was blown. all rigged up and sounds pretty good!
