Need help!!

I got to get a pcm for my truck the pcm is XU2F-12A650-RD MRT3 DPC-422..

Now my question what pcm will work with my truck since i cant find one with that part number. Will any DPC-422 work? or am I boned..

Edit: I should say I personally have never used them. A shop I do work for uses them for all their PCM/ECM Needs. Usually gets them in 3-5 days fully programmed. Just plug it in and go. I've installed several with no problems.
