Re-flashing ICU/PCM's
Hi all,
Have a friend of mine ( we all say that..) that have two F350 vans going down the drain due to software failure due to re-flashing failure.
What happened was - he attend to put back or re-flash the PCM to its original software and it failed - leaving the PCM kinda empty.
When I checked with AE there where zero connection.
How can I re-flash the PCM with Ford's or similar software?
I'm in NO(r)way with zero dealership- so NO help from them.
Are there any - like Delta Force Tuning or PHP program that can help me out?.
On the other hand - what would you guys do - beside sending the PCM to the non existing Stealership?

Any J2534 Pass Through Device will work on the PWM PCM's DLC. You can download the latest version from the Ford Programming Site after creating an account and purchasing the version for the particular vehicle. You will need the PCM Code to ensure you get the right download.
Can you communicate with the Vehicle PCM? Does it see it? If not you'll have to do it on the Bench which requires some Serial signaling Software as well IF its not corrupted to the point the PC can't make a connection via RS Signaling.
