Cutting out

I recently purchased a 1994 Ford F-150 XLT supercab. When I give it gas, it cuts out a bit. It is real jerky on acceleration. Do you think that it is just in need of a new fuel filter? I don't know much about cars because this is my first, so advice would be appreciated.
Also, I know these aren't fuel system related, but you might have some idea:
On my steering wheel, my horn, cruise control, and every other button do not work. What could be causing this and how do I go about fixing it?
My turn signals are slow. I have put in a new plug in for it, but it didnt fix anything. What is causing this and how do I fix it?
And last, is it possible to put dual exhaust on it?
Thank you!

For the hesitation, pull the codes.

For the horn, change the clock spring. look up how to here.

For the turn signals, change the round flasher in the underdash fuse block.

I did change the round flasher and it didnt change anything. And as for the site you gave me, I am really not educated in cars, so im not sure what that would be under. Think you might be able to help with that? Sorry.

Welcome to FTE!
For the hesitation, you may want to at least check the plugs and wires, possibly replace them if they look old. Repalcing the fuel filter is a good idea, too.
As for the steering wheel buttons problem, with everything not working, that is most definitely the clock spring. It may be listed under chassis electrical. If your truck has an airbag, don't do the repair yourself- you could wind up setting off the bag and injuring yourself. If not, remove the two or four screws on the backside of the steering wheel, remove the pad from the wheel, disconnect the plug, remove the steering wheel, remove and unplug the clock spring(plug may be further down on steering column), and install the new one. Make sure before beginning that the wheels are pointing straight ahead, and that you center the spring according to the manual. If you don't you will be doing the job again.

I would also check the TPS sensor for the hesitation. As well as the timing.
