I'm assuming it's heavy use that can cause damage. If it was me I might just leave it I barley use my own compressor anyway since I have good seals on my connections

Amazon is the best place I found to purchase Air Lift air springs and compressors.. Also - Air Lift has. $50 rebate on the bags and $50 rebate on the compressor right now.. That's $100 back in my pocket..
I have my equipment but have not installed yet.. Probably will in the next couple weeks.. I have to pressure wash the Fluid Film off the undercarriage so I can work on it... Too slimey right now...

They are talking about heat dissipation. Provided you are not having issues with heat build up, I'd say you are fine. You could also install some heat sinks on the motor housing to help with it if your use starts to increase.
