Happy-Happy... My first two factory maintenance manuals arrived today: Vols. 1&2 of the regular manuals: I am waiting for the emissions, wiring, and do it yourself manuals... I always buy all factory manuals- I prefer them to Haynes(ugh) or Chilton... So I spent some time perusing them for ideas... And I am HOPING to being her home tomorrow- weather, girlfriend & op/con providing...
Always get them for my vehicles... I even had them all for my WWII Jeep, 1942 Dodge WC51, even my old Seagrave fire engine had one... Right now, I am trying to sell off the ones left over from my 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible! It was wrecked a few years back, and I can't find anyone interested! I even have the factory parts manual!(And I need as set of those for my 91 F150...)
Yep, the OEM manuals are great, especially if you find a set for your exact year at a reasonable price.
And you're smart to buy the Emissions manual too. I just learned that none of that is covered in the 3-book Ford manual. And emissions are probably more likely to cause troubles than other things on these engines.

Oh Yah- Learned that a while back... Have them for the Interceptor, & the ex post facto Sebring, as well...
