Loose steering wheel.....

Alright so as the title says my steering wheel has alot of play in it. I also have a vibration at speeds higher than 65. And its worse when i let off the gas. Got under the truck and found every bushing on my tie rods had been cracked. They are completely shot. Im wondering if this could actually be the problem? Also how hard is it to change everything?

While you're under the truck, check out your u-joints for any excessive play.

Tie rods don't have bushings, did you mean tie rod boots? If so then they're almost definitely worn by now. Sand and grit gets in there and wears the joint out in no time.

Worn/rotten pivot bushings, worn tie rods, and worn out steering gearbox are things that can cause loose steering. I'd give everything a good looking over and replace as needed. If you have to do the pivot bushings then you might as well replace the radius arm bushings too.

slam some tie rods on her. get toe set, any play after that may be gear box. some play is normal characteristic. vibe on decel, most likely pinion if u joints are good.
