I would definetly change the fuel filters, while you haven't had them in for 10K miles, they have been there 3 years, I imagine the filter media will start to break down at some point, at the very least they won't be as effective...not implying that has anything to do with your issue.
Regardless of mileage, personally I'd change the Oil, Oil Filter and fuel Filters annually.
Guys, all excellent suggestions. I thank you for your help! I'll be taking my truck in for maintenance service this week. By the way, what are you guys generally paying for engine oil/oil filter change and fuel filters replacement at your place? Regardless of the cost, I'll get them replaced this week as per your suggestions. It's only a cheap insurance against having any mishaps with my truck.
Senix, I saw quick lane at my Ford dealer so I intend to take my truck there. I have bunch of coupons (ranging from $25 to $75) from the dealer for any service which expire in two years, so I'm not worried about the cost. I just wanted to have a general idea of parts and labor costs compare to my other vehicles. Thanks!

I pay $98 for the ford dealer oil/filter change.
I do my own fuel filter change

I've had tire rotations and oil changes both done for $90 out the door and I have gotten quotes for $299 for just an oil change at the dealer...
I like to do my own, because I like to put in SYN oil. Since the dealer will do the first one for free - I'll let them do that one!
I drained my DFCM this morning and found no water. I drove my truck about 50 miles around town getting some chores done. No CEL back on so far, and I noticed no change in the performance of the engine after injector #8 replacement and recall 14E03. The truck unfortunately developed a new creaking noise and shutter with hill start assist today, which I posted on another thread. I'm now wondering if I can trust my truck in the long haul....
I found this thread researching a P01554 code my truck recently logged (same issue, different injector (#4)).
If you want to know more about this series of codes (P0155x), read through the section on Nominal Voltage Calibration in the OBD-II Operation publication for your model year : https://www.motorcraftservice.com/vd...tsid=diagsheet
