whats it called?????

I can't for the life of me remember/find what the little round thing with a wire coming out of it that's bolted to the ignition coil on my 86 efi 5.0

OK for some reason I thought it was something else. I just found that the one on my truck is disconnected. The wire is broken at the connector on the engine harness side and I can't find the wire that goes to it
