what drain tube ? The TEMP control **** mixes hot and cool air to get the temp you want. The other selector **** allows you to open vent doors to the defrost, dash, or floor. Does that selector **** work ? Can you put air to the floor and dash or just defrost ?

The blower should be running and pressurizing the air duct / box... If the air is not coming out the vents, then SHO89 is suggesting the evaporator core ( cooling fins) may be plugged up and stopping the air from flowing thru the duct. I will post generic drawing of the system.

the drawing shows all the blower air going thru the cooling coil, then to the heater element and bypass to "regulate" the air temp. It then goes to the vents and defrost ducts.......... It MAY be possible to have a mouse next / blockage in the blower cage or the cooling coil and block all flow .
