I am going to assume this is similar to a cleaner I used to buy at my Chevy dealer. It was used to unstick exhaust manifold heat risers. It dissolved carbon like nothing I have ever seen since and it also provided a degree of lubrication.

If so, squirt some on the plugs, go to lunch and come back and the carbon will be gone...its a miracle worker for sure...
