Speed sensor leaking
I just replaced the speed sensor on the top of the rear differential, which fixed the speedo, ABS and cruise control issue. However, there is now a ton of oil all over the differential, which I can only assume is leaking out through the speed sensor (haven't crawled under there yet). I didn't see any seal on this sensor, and it is torqued down correctly - any ideas what would cause this thing to leak?

I didn't notice an o-ring on the old sensor, and the new one didn't come with one.

The Ford rear speed sensor (PN 6L3Z9E731A) does come with an o-ring installed. The o-ring is not listed separately though.
If you still have your old sensor, just match up the o-ring with one from an o-ring kit.
