It's up to your dealer really...the service writers and techs at my local dealership all agreed that deleting is the way to go.

I can always roll back to stock if needed...

Dealer up here is cool with it. But if you have a catastrophic failure and Ford pulls the ECU, they won't see the normal amount of REGENS in the computer...

I do agree, that if you are going to keep the truck for a long, long time, deleting is much better for the engine. I don't keep mine past warranty...

Not knocking those that do. I used to years ago.

For me being in the military and always moving around the country, the risk is too great to delete.

I do agree, deleting the truck will make them more reliable.

Interesting... Techs here say that once power is pulled for a while, the ECU/PCM clear their histories....they're not made to store that stuff once power has been pulled.

What if the truck owner pulls or hauls enough to keep the truck in passive regen all the time? It'll never go active/command, and the computer will never register it.

Maybe Ford_Doctor can explain. But they can tell...

It isn't something that will be researched to death if your radiator or water pump fails... I thought there was some eeprom counter set...

If the dealer ever changes your DPF then the marks on the bolts can even be explained.

With Ford denying the warranty on Blackbeests ball joint failures because of mud on the truck, nothing would surprise me.

Yeah, that's unfortunate. I always make it a point to make friends my service writers and techs....social engineering at it's finest.

Where I live, I have a bi-annual emission test. If I pulled in without the right equipment under the truck, they would not even start the test. Too much of a bother to remove and re-install.

Both Edge and H&S are Utah companies that the EPA has fined and effectively removed them from selling tuners that offered a delete. So what product did you use to delete your 2015
