From my perspective -
I DON'T need more power - it has more than I need now and that's with pulling over 18k trailer.
I DO like the fact that my truck is cleaner than any diesel I have ever owned and think that the emissions packages help that.
I DO want better fuel economy as I drop down to just over 7MPG loaded and am ~15 MPG bob-tail.
I DO need warranty and travel across many states - I can't rely on my dealer to be there for me. Even my dealer (who also thinks the deleted truck will live longer) said that the dealership does not make the call on warranty items anymore. They pull the info from the truck, present the claim to Ford and they make the call. The Master Tech told me that the ECM does store flash events and can store hundreds of them and cannot be cleared. These events are part of the download that they send to Ford. When they take a truck in trade, they first pull the info from the truck and check for any set codes or other issues.
I'm not best buddies with the techs, but I spend alot of money at their dealership - so I'm not sure if the stories they gave me are 100% spot-on or not.. Corroboration would be good..
I hope Vloney or Ford Doctor check on this thread and chime in.

Welcome to FTW and congrats on the truck. Please post some pics of this awesome new truck! You are obviously proud of it and happy with it. Don't let me sig fool you into thinking I'm a Cummins ghost trailer pulling idiot. I'm just an idiot. All that being said, as a former owner of a tuned and deleted 6.7, I'm curious as to your claims of emissions and mileage, but I'll be honest, they are not what got my attention. What did is posting up 612 hp according to a dyno. Can you explain this further? Is this at the crank, rear wheels or according to the tuner calculation? You stated dyno, so I'll assume that is what you did. Please post the dyno slip. If all you did to the truck is what you stated, that is extremely impressive power (even for a 6.7 Ford).

Again, welcome to FTE and way to make an entrance! Please follow up with pics of truck and dyno slip

Spartan tuned 2015 and 2016 trucks are all knocking on 600hp at the tires. Buddy just laid down 595/1250 with his.

I get that they are doing, just usually someone getting those kind of results reports on the tune used is specific with where the rating is at (crank or rear wheels) and usually include torque numbers. It just caught me off guard because the realm of 600hp is about the time these trucks run out of fuel and you have a rather large decision to make...cuz going bigger is a lot more expensive.

I hadn't read the whole thread... But does Gearbox Z offer DPF / Regen Delete ONLY with STOCK programming like the older 6.4's ?

I've ordered a new 2016 & don't care for aftermarket tunes.
