You will probably get a variety of answers for this. Ambient temperature, and that of the a/c condenser & trans cooler, can affect the I/C temp thus affecting idle EGT. I, generally, saw 250-300* after all the temps stabilized.
It varies with the temp, altitude, and planet alignment - I've seen 200 - 400 degrees on both EGT gauges with the sensors located on the manifold exits.
It appears my EGTs are all over the place at idle. Which sounds about what everyone else is seeing. I never paid attention to them at idle until right before I pulled the turbo to do some work. I thought after turbo work it had dropped from around 330 too 240ish. Ive been seeing anywhere from 240-300 .
