2015 door problems

Just wondering if anyone is having this problem? I read on another forum site that some were having this issue as well as a few other problems.
I went home on the weekend and saw my new truck away from the dealer for the first time and I noticed that my rear driver side door is not aligned properly. I already talked to the dealership and they are going to have the body shop fix it. Will post pics when I get home next time.

You're not the first guy on this forum to have this problem.

Actually I read someone else had an allignment problem as well so I checked mine at dealership. I am getting a good amount of air/noise around the window frame and B pillar on my truck. Not sure if it is an alignment issue or weatherstrip or just the way it is going to be but the dealer is going to look at it when I take to body shop for my paint issue.

On mine, we noticed that you really have to slam the doors so they will close properly. Seems really air tight, so doors don't really want to easily close. Their alignment looks ok to me.

Today, the wife and I were out looking at the '15 F150's at the local dealership.
A V6 base model and another one with a sticker pushing 50K both had the top of the passenger door sticking about 3/8" out when compared to the back door. Rest of the door was flush, just the top was sticking out. I would imagine this would make for quite an air leak.

Poor QC due to trying to get them out the door as quick as possible sounds like, not good!

I think this is consistent with what my truck doors look like. I get wind noise coming from the window fame area on the B pillar. My doors are flush up to the door handle area then stick out a 1/4 inch or more around the rear edge of the door window frame. I have a date with the dealer on the 30th and I am going to ask them about the front door alignment. Not sure what they can do.

Hopefully Ford will take of you. The beauty of first generation fords.

Whut. I was thinking about getting a 2015, but finding this issue makes me think twice a bit. Certainly unsure abt shelling that much to find this door defect. And what a hassle it would be if I have to bring the truck back and forth to the dealership.

my buddy works in the bodyshop at a Ford dealership. He's fixed a few of these already.
