So my truck has been sitting for about 2 years and I just got it running again. At the moment It's missing pretty badly and has several vacuum leaks and a couple exhaust leaks.
I would like to know what you all would look at and/or replace after the long sit. Thanks
2 years isn't that long of a sit. Change the oil, put new fuel in it and fix the stuff you already found to be wrong. The missing could very well be fuel related. Fuel with ethanol doesn't age well.

I put some sea foam in the oil and i filled a dry tank with gas, injector cleaner, and water remover. I drove it about 15 miles total.
Next week I'm planning plug wires, oil change, smog pump/egr delete. Hoping that will clear up the issue.
My truck sat prior to me purchasing it, and also had a very bad miss - it ended up being a wiring issue.
A rodent had gotten into the wiring harness that's behind the engine between the engine & firewall - it was messing up the EFI badly.
The shop went through a bunch of stuff before finding it.
