Local dealer wants 439.83 for a part I can get @ Auto Nation White Bear Lake for 290.29 + 15.00

Now you know why so many people recommend Auto Nation. I have called the 2 different dealerships around me about price-matching in the past, but their is no-way that can come close to what you can get it for online. That looks like a price quote for an oil cooler.

i went to autonation.com and it looks like they just sell trucks and cars. Is there a different site for them?

go to fordparts.com and choose them as your dealer.
you'll want to sign up as well--very handy but the only problem is site is SLOW.

Im lucky enough that they are a local dealer.

and none of the other dealerships around here will pricematch, either, so I end up going for a short drive.

Auto Nation is as it says a nationwide corporation with dealerships everywhere. You must go to Auto Nation White Bear Lake formally known as Tousley Ford (spelling?) specifically..

It is . The oil cooler kit.

Same Ford OEM parts for less money.
Saved me quite a bit on my transmission
replacement that is for sure.

kbf1961- I use Horizonpartsguy.com which is in Seattle if that helps. I usually give them a call with vin and what I am searching for then enter it in the online page and will call the parts.
