price matching?

do dealers usually price match? say for example, i get a quote of 30 grand for a truck, can i take that to my local dealer and would they match it?

If they wouldn't, why would you go ahead and purchase from them? Unless there are additional costs for getting to the low-bid dealer, or there would be goodwill issues with your local dealer (service), I'd always buy from the lower cost dealer.
