Wheel squealing

I have a 1996 f150 and I had manual locking hubs as well as new rotors, bearing and wheel seals put in around 6 months ago. At the time, there was a small squeak coming from the wheels, like rubber on metal. When the temp dropped, the noise went away. Now that the cold weather is gone, I am having a very loud and obnoxious squeal coming from my wheels again when going about 50 mph. When I slow down to about 10-15 mph, the squeal becomes more high pitch. Could this be the wheel seals or maybe not enough grease on them? Any advice is appreciated

NEVER heard of this problem that didn't have to do with brakes or the splash guard. Have you taken the wheel off to look for any polished areas?

I've taken it off but haven't given it an in depth look. I'm going to take both wheels off tomorrow and inspect the brakes as well as everything else that could be the problem
