Clickin in front end

I have a 1987 ford F-150. When i turn the wheel to the right it make rythmic clicking noise. I thought it might be my auto hubs going out but i replaced them and the noise is still there it is only when i turn the wheel. It sounds like something clicking on metal

Can anybody please help me

did you check your wheel bearings and your brakes?

It might be your wheels flexing thats what I have been told I have weld wheels and they said it is a common problem. They suggested that I clean the back of the wheels and rotate the center hub
