Message Center Question

Anybody know what this means or what would cause this to show up on the message center? Or how to clear it?

You have it in "pause".

Push the middle (ok) button and it should clear.

I have had that problem from the start on my 2011 F150 Eco. Would not clear for 5 or 6 thousand miles. Dealer was clueless and said they would pass it on to Ford and get back with me, we won't let this go until we find an answer. Don't worry we will get back with you. Truck now out of warranty, never heard from dealer or Ford. Mine happens when it want to send reports through sync. Just quit allowing it to do reports. Still happens sometimes but can clear it in a few miles.
