step side fenders

My rear drivers fender is pretty much ruined from the last owner trying to fix it. Welds everywhere and melted through in spots. Not really salvageable. Looking for a rear drivers side step side fender. Looked and there was a post where someone said lmc had them but I looked and they only have the regular fenders for non step sides. Looked on lmc, JC Whitney, parts warehouse or something, carid,a bunch of places. But not having any luck finding the actual step side. Want to get a new one, preferably not used. Anyone know where to find one? Its a 77 f150 ranger xlt step side 4wd

Found what I need, but it's 700$!!!! Anyone know any cheaper ones? At least I know soneplace to get them if nothing else comes up but would rather spend like 400$. Lol I bought a quart of bondo today, going to TRY to see if I can get my fender looking somewhat normal but I dont think its possible. There's a 6" patch of all weld almost. It looks HORRIBLE!!

I am in the same boat. Both fenders on the truck are beyond repair and i have 2 more that need alot of work. I would rather get a couple of original ones in good shape rather than chinese potmetal.

Ive heard the ones from LMC and others are cheap and flimsy. Let us know the quality if you decide to buy from them.

I wish there were someone on here that had or could find a couple good pairs....hint....hint.....

Yeah maybe the 700$ ones from the first link would be good quality... But I'm not gunna spend 1500$ on a set of fenders. That's like 2/3 of my total project cost. Lol. I'm probably going to order the ones from lmc. I wish I had waited to email them now. Lmao I'll let you know what they look like. Mine were cut and had HUGE weld spots 1/4" thick and 1/4 deep at least. And it was a 14" square section. I tried to bondo it yesterday since all I had seen was the 700$ fender so figured I'd try it once for 20$. Actually didn't turn out bad. Going to do some finishing sanding today and prime it. I'll post some pics later today for you as long as you dont make fun of me. Hahahah

Flareside = Ford, a Stepside is a Chevrolet. LMC has no clue as their fender part numbers were replaced by FoMoCo in 1957, and as usual, their applications are wrong!

B7C-16312-A (replaced BAAA-16312-A) Right & B7C-16313-A (replaced BAAA-16313-A) Left .. FLARESIDE Rear Fenders / Obsolete - Available repro and NOS

Applications: 1953/79 F100/350 / As original = Right side: Last MSRP: $275.50 - Dealer net cost: $165.30 // Left side: Last MSRP: $309.91 - Dealer net cost: $185.95

btw: AFAIK, these fenders are repro'd by ONE source, who sells them to everyone else.
