1984 Bronco II

Hi, I'm new here, and I'm sort of new to trucks and whatnot. Anyways, I found a 1984 Bronco II for $3,000. It looks really clean inside and out. It's a 4x4 4speed manual with overdrive at 150,000 miles. I was just wondering if $3000 is a good price or way too much. I know someone who sold a similar Bronco in similar condition for $1300. So I'm not really sure.

Welcome to FTE! Truck prices vary greatly depending where you live. Try looking at craigslist for other bronco iis and rangers. If it is rust free and runs good, I think 3k is a fair price. Also, I think there is a bronco II section on this forum, post your question there.

You may want to ask over in that forum. The Bronco and Bronco II, despite the name, are completely different vehicles that share almost nothing in common.

They may be better at helping you know what known issues to look for, what fair prices would be, what's a good deal for what, etc.

Best of luck and hope you find something that works out well for you.
