So I was taking out the radiator in my 1991 Ford Bronco (5.0) for a core support swap and the plastic part connected to the hose located below the radiator cap snapped when the person helping me jerked the radiator. Is there any kind of coupler that could be used to reconnect the hose? I don't want to buy a whole new radiator for such a small issue.

 

Might be able to use a pvc coupler (might need a super short piece of pvc pipe as well) and some hose clamps for a temp fix. Can you post a pic of the radiator where it's busted?

 

Thank you for your response! I will post a pic once I get it back, it's getting the frame straightened right now.

 

I ended up just putting a screw in the hole and sealing around it with silicone but thank you for the input!

 

Ha! That works too, keep in mind it's only a temp fix though.
