Radio with Navigation upgrade

Is it possible to change my factory CD radio to the factory Navigation head unit? (is it plug and play?) i see on ebay head units with fitment for all years,but i wanted to make sure all the connectors are there

well.....might help if you gave a tad bit of vital information......you know..like the information on what kind of vehicle you have?......hummmmm....think that might help a little?

What year, make, model, options? I just swapped out my sync unit for CarPlay. Also mapped all the ford sync buttons. Worked out nicely. Didn't cut into a single factory wire.
