Factory radio options; '08 Superduty
'08 F-450 Superduty. It has a factory radio w/dvd based nav, 6 cd , and sirius radio capability.
What I'm lacking, and would like to have hopefully in a factory package, is all the above along with DVD & bluetooth phone intergration.
Is this possible from a factory radio for my model year (or newer) and will it be plug and play?
Right now I also have the backup camera in the rear view mirror setup. It would be nice to get the view down to the dash head unit instead since I like the bigger picture.
If it is NOT possible with factory gear I'm not above putting in aftermarket. It would be great if some of the factory components were compatible, such as the antennas for the sirius, navigation, and the back up camera. Does anyone know if these components use standard connections or are they proprietary?
Any info greatly appreciated.

I don't have the factory nav, and don't have backup camera in mirror.
I am installing a Pioneer AVIC-X910BT, nav, dvd, backup camera, ipod, bluetooth, download contacts, voice dial from on nav contact list, voice nav input. flat front, dvd slot, (vs some of the fold out units)..
I have a backup camera in handle and a wireless backup head unit now.
the unit arrived on friday(too late to install before our weekend trip) I have all the wire harnesses joined.. now need to go swap units and plug the harnesses in. I have the 'audiophile' system with sub.
