Have any of you guys with topper/caps use a weather seal between the topper and rear of cab. I would like to find one that seals the rear window since there is no way to clean your rear cab window and I hate having to pull the cap to just clean the rear window. I'm going to go topless this spring and plan to reseal the whole thing before reinstalling it.

Ed, you might want to use some closed cell foam which can be purchased in round rod diameters of up to 2", or get "half" a sheet (30"x72") of 2" thick foam and cut your own strips off it for a squared surface to minimize "crevice crud" from building up. Caulk the foam to the topper and just compress it up against the back of the cab for fit.

I have been looking for quite some time, but it is hard to find a topper that will fit a short bed Super Duty made 15 years ago. The toppers are either beat so badly they are not worth it, or are scooped up right away by another buyer.

I believe the short bed dimensions are the same from 1999-2011. They're out there, but the long beds do seem to be easier to find.
