I have been looking for a canopy for my 1993 F250 long bed, but have had no luck as of yet, except for the fact that I've found canopy's for dodge and GM long beds, that match color and length. I'm curious as to if anyone here has put a canopy made for another brand on their long bed OBS F-series and had a pretty good turn out with how it looks and fits? Anything helps, thanks.
The one I had on my 89 Chevy didn't fit my dad's 90 F-150 so guess the only way to really tell is measure it do front and back cause the rear was to narrow for the Ford on the one that came of my Chevy.

I've been keeping an eye out for one as well. I wish I knew the answer. Our beds are the same from 87-96 I believe, which you would think would give us plenty of choices out there for covers. But I am also finding mostly Dodge and Chevy covers available.
Any information for these beds and cross over covers that would fit would be useful.

Yeah, Chevy may have strayed from the straight rectangular shape with the redesign in '88. Not sure about Dodge, when they redesigned in '93-ish. Anything from a Dodge older than that, or a Chevy up to '87 should fit. The only possible caveat would be the slant of the front panel matching the back of the cab. A lot of older toppers have just a straight vertical front panel, which should be no problem.
Thanks guys, this all helps a lot. I will keep you posted Benztechnc, I'm having the same problem. I only see ranger, chevy and dodge canopy's. Going to college soon so I'm going to need a top for the cold weather, I will keep this thread updated with my progress.
