I guess I could do a heater core write up. I'll take a bunch of pictures here in a minute. I just did an entire heating/cooling system in my new explorer idi.

If it is an A/C truck you couldn't ask for an easier job

I bought the ac heater core. It's a square shape. The non ac p/n 39904 at AutoZone will fit it. I'm waiting on it to come in.

Az has a wrong part number for the ac heater core. The listing will not fit correctly. More Chinese reverse enginnering showing up in auto parts.

I just put a new core/resistor in my 86....

The only problem I had was NOBODY sells the correct resistor. My local Ford dealer is less than worthless, so I had to find one online. Didn't cost much, but the auto parts stores don't list the correct ones, and the ones they had, would NOT fit.

Resistor? I need to find a vacuum valve. The three way one at the blend door that comes out above the heater core in the engine bay.
