Not sure of your skill set...but it can be done...many have...most not without getting wounded during the process.

What are you looking for??? a whole system meaning engine back or from the cats back??

Either case there should be "dual exhaust" systems out there that fit your truck.

Kinda depends how deep your pockets are as to what you get? you can spend a lot, $1000-$2000+ fairly easy on some high end systems....or, you can get it done more economical too.

With exhaust systems there are some stuff out there won't stand the test of time & price tends to reflect that. But it also makes a difference as to where you are at too. If you located where winter is long and heavy salt / melting products are on the roads. You then probably should look for product that is stainless steel or ceramic coated or both, which will cost more $$. Also if you're in a location that requires annual inspections & tests for emissions that needs to be factored in as well.

Have you seen this page yet>>Exhaust Systems - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

and this very informative too >>THE Exhaust Guide - F150online Forums

All I did was swap out the muffler for a Magnaflow 18" muffler, kept the single factory outlet...gave it bit more rumble...but not intrusive in cab at highway speed. Which was what I was looking for. Exhaust is very subjective, everybody has different taste in the sound & look they want.

youtube & google is your friend. if you are on youtube...I suggest getting as nice set of head phones to listen to the exhaust videos and sound clips..sound quality doesn't always come across well
