Door not wanting to open

Door not wanting to open
My Ex has a problem when I go to open the rear driver side door that is doesn't want to open when opening from the outside handle. Child locks are off for now, but that didn't see change anything either. Any help is much appreciated.

Sounds like the door latch cable is off or broken.... Ebay sells a repair kit looks like this...

Dangit! I wasted $65 and multiple trips to the junkyard trying to find a cable and latch set for my old F250 rear half doors, where those ends would have fixed me up way better.

I think they are great also. Sure beats trying to find a good one, then getting out(hoping you don't break it) then trying to install it(again hoping you don't break it). The plastic is so fragile after it ages a year or two. The Aluminum us very strong stuff.
