460 timing ??

Cool 460 timing ??
Having problems with 91 f/350 w/460 auto trans. 90 thousand miles.
When trying to start it acts like low battery. Battery ,cables ,relay starter all check out OK. Tried re-timing it but same problem persists. Could it be timing chain ?

Checked timing and set as per ford sticker under hood, 10 btdc

What about the other stuff? How'd you rule out starter?

Did you pull the spout connector before setting timing.
