Looking at the picture of my injectors, would you say that one injector with the dark tip is rebuild able or not? I don't know anything about injectors so I'm trying to get an idea of core charge.

The internal condition is the concern. I would guess its ok to rebuild. Its probably black from soot blowing past the copper washer. I had a couple that looked like that and they were fine.
