Help after porting heads with sand.

Now when I first read this I thought how can this engine still run after a few seconds then thought don't buy it but then again I'm not up on any now technology regarding aftermarket parts. The more I thought the more I think it's fake cause the sand would mix with the oil and not make it run bad but seize the engine. But this guy is from California so it's entirely possible that he thought it would work.
