Now when I first read this I thought how can this engine still run after a few seconds then thought don't buy it but then again I'm not up on any now technology regarding aftermarket parts. The more I thought the more I think it's fake cause the sand would mix with the oil and not make it run bad but seize the engine. But this guy is from California so it's entirely possible that he thought it would work.

Lol I actually stole this from a post on Reddit. The guy says he did it to an Audi! He seemed really upset when he realized what happened, could still be fake though. I got a good laugh from it and thought yall would too so I re-worded it a bit and posted it here.
C'mon give this Cali guy some credit!!! Thanks for all the troll comments you guys. Good stuff.
