HELP NO START
So It's about 1 degrees outside and my 95 7.3l doesn't want to start at all, now, it has problems starting in the cold sometimes but tonight for some reason it's decided it wants to stay in a parking lot, when i go to crank it, sometimes itll start as im cranking but when i let go it dies, any ideas on what it could be? i had water in fuel light on so i drained the fuel bowl, refilled it and tried and nothing

just keep cranking, cranking, cranking
but dont kill your battery, and are you getting smoke out the pipe, rpms moving, try cycling your gp's a few times
i dont know your work situation but is there any chance you can run an extension cord up to it?

Both big posts. Use a screw driver or jumper cable. If that helps it start then your glow plug relay is the most likely culprit

I'll ask, because it will generally come up, is your tach popping when you are cranking, or does it look like its not moving at all? If that's the case, it could be your CPS.
Did you kill the batteries or are they fresh?
Not totally unrelated, when you drained the fuel bowl, did you notice if your fuel looked "flakey" Looked like little chunks floating around in it? Gelled fuel could possibly be an underlying issue here at those temps too.
