If you go to www.gastanks.com they give the dimensions of the tanks which helps. I believe the Mustang tanks are top fill if that is what you are looking for, a 79 bronco tank will fit but is a side fill as well as a 73 Blazer which all fit. Checking out the site gives you many options.
Hey Zombie,
We used the 20 gallon '70 Mustang Tank - nice to have 40% more range than the stock 16 gallon tank. We have it back out under the bed with the fill through the wood bed floor. It's pretty straight forward - we followed a process outlined by Jniolin on here. We had to move one bed brace & shave just a little off of one frame rail to get it to work.
We also added a rollover vent tube with a charcoal canister to capture the fumes to make my wife happy with the garage smell. We got our tank for $120 from Rockauto.
