Removing Y block cross member

I am removing the cross member that supported my Y block. Some of the steel rivets I could reach with a grinder or cutoff wheel and had room to pound out the post. Most are in a position that I can't do that top or bottom. How did you guys get those pesky {impossible} ones out? Special tool, special technique? Thanks

With the cab on they can be tough. I torch off one side of the rivet and drive it out.

Thanks Bigwin. I got them all out. It made it a little easier knowing that there was no better way to do it than what I was already doing.

I really dislike doing them with the cab on, and they are not that much fun with the cab off. I have 2 that need removed from frames that are toast.........maybe after a few frosties I'd be more excited about removing them
