Tail lights out!!

i have 2001 ford excursion limited 7.3l 4x4.

My tail lights just went out. bulbs work and turning signal and reverse light works.

i have no blown fuses, changed headlight switch.

what is my next option?

here is the circuitry diagrams. You'll need to determine where the issue is.

On my 2003 X I lost reverse lights and everything else worked. Mine turned out to be the Digital Transmission Sensor on the side of my transmission.
