So how can they tell from those pictures that the truck is a manual?

I think that is exactly what all of us are thinking.
I made my decision, I was looking at getting a Ram 2500HD. With all of the song and dance I was getting from the local Ram Dealers, I am going to stay with my favorite vehicle. I am going to order a new 2015 F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab, 4x4. Have not yet decided between the 6.2L Gas or the 6.7 Power Stroke.
