Fuel sender
I have a 1980 ln800 vin N80KVJG6955 and the fuel gauge doesn't work. It has a square tank on the left side and a round tank on the right side, so I'm guessing one has been replaced. I'm looking for a sender for the square tank. What is the ohm resistance for the sender? Thanks

N80KVJG6955 / N80 = 1980/84 LN800 (gas) / K = 429 4V / V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant / JG6955 = 1980.
Look on the top of the sending unit for its ID number. Part numbers listed in center column, ID numbers (#) at column right.

Dash display
The sender has d3hf-9275-da, so that should be the correct part. What do they mean by city delivery dash? Can I buy an after market universal sender with the correct ohms? Do u know what the ohms should be? Thanks again for the info

I don't know of any source that sells aftermarket fuel tank senders for these trucks.
The original (D3HZ-9275-D - marked D3HF-9275-DA) sending unit is obsolete, but there are about a dozen available NOS
